P.S. After the dog gets 6 months old - you continue to give calcium, but on smaller amounts and shorter intervals. That way slowly until it gets 1 year... then stop. Do not stop the calcium suddenly - it must happen gradually...

Calcium is strongly recommended to be given regularly until the dog gets 6 months old. The prescription is:

- 1 tablet on every 10kg (in your case the doggie must be around 10kg, so give 1);
- 2 days calcium, 1 day rest (repeatfully).

Do not stop the calcium. It do not hurt; however it MAY help. The normal healthy dog do not need extra calcium; however nobody is insured. If the calcium is insufficient, then the back legs get curved irreversible. At the same time "overcalcium" is not possible (well yeah, it's possible if you feed it with calcium only; however it's still not a big problem) :)

Comment on Second vaccine by Philip Petrov

There are many different approaches. Some vets are not even giving first vaccine - they directly jump on second and third (as first and second). The reason is that the babies have enough immunity from the milk of the mother.

Now the third (in your case) vaccine is the same as the second one, except that it adds immunity to rabies. Well it's very disputable whether it must be made on the third month or a little bit later. The reason is that the normal immunity from the second vaccine is still very strong. Anyway I will shot for the "safety". Just go and put the vaccine on the third month.

Another plus for the earlier vaccine - you want to go out and play right?
